Descriptions of Classes this month!

Ceramics with AmandaThis class teaches you to clean green ware to your final piece of Art.

Pouring Ceramics with Amanda This shows you and teaches you how to pour ceramics into molds to make various items. After your mold is cast you are shown how to clean them and prepare them for their first fire. You can then join ceramic class to finish your piece.

Walking Club with Joyce Get your exercise done early with the walking club! The club meets at The Club of Arts and then decides according to weather and the group where they will get their exercise done for the day. From the malls to the parks, it's fun to make friends and have others to walk with. Due to the weather changing you may call Joyce at 473-3146 before hand and meet the group at the decided location or at The Club of Arts at 9am. This group is led by one of Joyce's clients and support for her would be greatly appreciated

Sewing with Kisha and Trudy This class is designed to teach you the basic's of sewing even if you have never used a sewing machine in the past. This class is reservation only!

Stamping with Mary This class makes several creative pieces from any kind of card to framed sayings for your home or gift. Come join them and learn all you can create with stamping. Ideas are always welcome.

Drawing Start with learning the basics and grow into the artist you can be! This instructor has many years experience!

Jewelry with Trudy Bracelet's, Necklaces, earrings or a broche! This class will show you how to make your own original Jewelry for yourself or a friend!

Scrap Booking with Joyce Scrap book your memories of family and friends. This class will show you a creative way to design your photo albums or a picture you'd like to frame.

Theatre I with Cyndi Come play theater improvisation games, make friends, and have fun!

T-shirt Class with Angel Have fun in Angel's class painting your own t-shirt with fabric paints. Bring a pre-washed shirt and make your own design.

Mosaic's coming soon- Come learn the basic's of Mosaic's and make your own piece to take home, 3 student max!

Leathercraft Class with Shirley Learn about leather and different things you can make with it, from book markers to bracelets and key chains, this class will show you the basics skills needed to make cool projects.

Silk Fabric Painting with Allicia, Learn how to make personal unique designs on silk with Allicia.

ASL- American Sign Language with Angel,
This class is for people who know some sign language, but want to practice and improve their skills. The first half hour of the class we will be joining the SEE sign language class for a sign language activity. NEW-2:45pm-3:45pm ASL Sign Lanuage Club. Join the club to improve your conversation skills. We will have a native signer (deaf person) to help us.

Cooking: Learn the art of cooking healthy and attractive meals. Just as an artist mixes paints that will please the eye, Jimi G will show you how to mix flavors to please your taste buds!
